Full-Service Video Production. From Concept to Cut.

Press Rec is a video production company specializing in documentary-style storytelling, branded content, and creative video production. Whether you need a full crew, a single editor, or a creative partner from concept to final delivery, we work at every stage of production.

We partner with a wide range of industries. The vertical doesn’t matter, its the story that counts. We work in tandem with in house brand marketing teams to fill scope holes your agency might leave behind. We help you identify the story actually worth telling and get it in front of the right audience in 6 to 10 weeks.

We understand that video production is often just a part of a larger campaign. We believe in giving you full control. When your video project is complete, you own all the footage, photos, and final edits. No strings attached. No hidden fees.

Creative Development

Every great video starts before the camera rolls. We work with clients to develop the concept, narrative structure, and visual approach that makes the production stick. Whether you’re starting from scratch or need help shaping a rough idea, our creative development process sets the foundation.

Documentary Production

We produce documentary films, short form docs, and documentary style branded content for businesses, nonprofits, and entertainment. Our films are real. They cut through the content noise to leave the viewer with something more.

Crew Support

Got crew? We connect productions with experienced directors, cinematographers, sound mixers, gaffers, grips, and production coordinators. We staff both our own productions and outside projects that need professional crew support.

Video Editing

Our post-production team handles everything after the shoot. Assembly cuts, story editing, color grading, audio mix, and custom animations.

We specialize in documentary-style production, but support the full range of brand video needs. From corporate films and case studies to interviews, event coverage, short-form content, and photography.

  • We've never done video like this before, what is the process like?

We guide you through it all. From kickoff to final delivery, we handle scripting, filming, interviews, approvals, and everything in between. Most projects take 6 to 10 weeks, depending on complexity. You don’t need a script. Just a goal. We’ll help you shape the story and keep it moving.

  • Do you travel for shoots?

Absolutely. We go where your story is. Whether it’s your HQ, manufacturing site, leadership team, or customer, we regularly travel to capture the right setting and voices. Travel is built into our production plan from the start, so there are no surprises later.

  • What if our scientist/patient is camera shy or unsure about participating

We specialize in making people feel comfortable on camera. Our interviews are casual, conversational, and designed to put your customer at ease. These conversations are not scripted. We prefer the subjects to not prepare answers. We ask the questions and they talk to a human, not a lens. After just a few minutes it's easy to forget about the cameras and lights, and open up human to human.

  • No licensing? What's the catch...?

No catch. You paid for the production, and you own the content. We don’t believe in holding footage hostage or charging hidden fees down the line. Once the project wraps, all video and photo assets are yours to use however you want, forever. Simple as that.
